Teaching
The House of Insurance supports a specialisation in actuarial sciences within the master program in mathematics. We offer master's students enrolled in the Master Mathematics at the Leibniz Universität Hannover a variety of courses in Actuarial Mathematics:
- Financial Mathematics in Discrete Time
- Financial Mathematics in Continuous Time
- Stochastic Simulation
- Quantitative Risk Management
- Actuarial Mathematics 1
- Actuarial Mathematics 2
In addition, a new „Anwendungsfach" in actuarial science has been established (Anwendungsfach Versicherungswissenschaft) which comprises courses in Insurance Business Management and Insurance Law.
